Credit Dard Transactions

We will take credit cards over the phone, however, we will only ship to the confirmed address on the credit card. If you want the merchandise shipped to another address that address must be listed as an alternative address with your credit card company. Also in order for us to process your credit card order you name, address, and zip code must match with the information on file with your credit card company before we can process any kind of credit card transaction. Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept returns when sipped to us within 30 days of purchase. Before you return you merchandise make sure to obtain an RMA authorization number with a company representative. You will need this in order to return your merchandise. If you have received damaged merchandise you must report it to us (MyDreamIsDeadButImNot.com) within Three (3) business days. All merchandise sold on MyDreamIsDeadButImNot.com is insured for the total purchase price. The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless the order was received in error.

Planning on placing an order with MyDreamIsDeadButImNot.com?
We will ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and FPO/APO addresses as well. It is also possible to ship to Canada, provided that UsPS has accessible via UsPS standard service. All other international address will not be shipped to. The shipping carrier used will be at our discretion. USPS is our primary carrier, but certain locations will require us to ship via UPS.All FPO/APO, Guam or the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS.

Damaged Shipments
MyDreamIsDeadButImNot.com makes sure to package each order as well as possible to prevent any damages occurring during transport. Unfortunately, there will be the occasional damaged item.

When shipping damage occurs please make sure that you do not dispose of the original shipping container or any of the packing material. If the original box and packaging materials are not provided, we will not be able to file a claim for your product and you would not be able to get your item replaced.
